I'm the customer service "guru" (I gave myself that name!) here at Bug Labs. Besides making sure your BUG experience goes as smoothly and is as enjoyable as possible, I enjoy traveling, hanging out with friends and family, and living in what I think is the most exciting city in the world! I also have an inexplicable fear of indoor pools in rooms with no windows.
