you like to hack software and/or hardware so that different devices can work
together in new and interesting ways? Do you like to repurpose or reprogram
gadgets so they communicate with other devices in your life? If you get a kick
out of getting devices to interact and cooperate with each other – from your
cell phone to your Roomba to your kitchen appliances – and if you live in the
Seattle area, we want to talk to you!



We’re
researchers at Artefact (www.artefactgroup.com), a product design company
in Seattle, and we’re looking for participants for an upcoming research study
on hacking devices and gadgets so that they work together in new ways. We
regularly reach out to people in this way to learn from them and help us design
better products.



What
