How do you set the date/time on a BUG from the command line?

This is how I do it:

root@bug:_{# date}

Fri Jan  2 01:32:46 UTC 1970

root@bug:# date -s 051517462009

Fri May 15 17:46:00 UTC 2009

root@bug:_{# hwclock -w}

root@bug:# hwclock

Fri May 15 17:46:13 2009  0.000000 seconds

root@bug:~#

The full date format with seconds is in the test case below:

Summary: Clock will successfly set using hwclock command

Test Steps

   1. Using on/off slider switch, turn BUG on

   2. SSH into BUG

   3. Set system date: date mmddhhmmyyyy

      *Follow the following format [MMDDhhmm[[CC]YY]{.ss]]

   4. Write the date to hardware: "hwclock -w"

   5. Reboot BUG

      Expected Results: The clock is successfully set and displays on the statusbar:  xx:xx (time set)
