FIANO, Italy—Garth Mulroy of South Africa shot a 6-under 66 Saturday, giving
him a one-shot lead after three rounds of the Italian Open. Von Miller Camo Jersey . Ryder Cup players
Nicolas Colsaerts and Martin Kaymer were four strokes behind. Mulroy was at 17
under on the Royal Park I Roveri course outside Turin. Last November, Mulroy won
the Alfred Dunhill Championship at home for his first European Tour victory. He
has yet to win in Europe. “I said on the first day the course reminds me a lot
of a South African course,” he said. “The trees, the shape, and the ball goes a
little further, too. ... I havent played so well this year. It would be a big
thing to win on mainland Europe.” Three Spaniards were right behind—Gonzalo
Fernandez-Castano (67) at 16 under and Rafa Cabrera-Bello (65) and Pablo
Larrazabal (66) one shot further back. Colsaerts (65) and Kaymer (67) remain in
contention at 13 under, along with 19-year-old Matteo Manassero of Italy (65),
second-round leader Richard Bland of England (71), Phillip Price of Wales (66)
and Gregory Bourdy of France (70). Colsaerts, the European Tours longest hitter,
was a captains pick for the Ryder Cup, which will be held in two weeks at
Medinah Country Club outside Chicago. The third Ryder Cup player in the field,
Italys Francesco Molinari, fell back to 3 under with a 76. Europe Ryder Cup
captain Jose Maria Olazabal also shot a 76 and was at par. Elvis Dumervil Womens Jersey . Still, he was
starting to get a little anxious. Heisey finally got on the board Saturday,
giving Cincinnati the lead with his first homer of the season and four relievers
made it stand up in a 10-3 win over the Colorado Rockies. Tracy Porter Jersey . —Greg Childs came to
the Minnesota Vikings with draft-bargain promise, bringing a prototypical wide
receivers body with the speed to be a deep-route threat despite dropping to the
end of the fourth round because of an injury-affected senior year at Arkansas.

. After just nine stages and two weeks to go before the peloton reaches Paris,
Bradley Wiggins has already stamped his authority on the race and, barring an
accident, will become the first British winner of cyclings most prestigious
event on July 22. Orlando Franklin Jersey . Assessing his swing
with hitting coach Jeff Manto, Dunn apparently figured out the problem. The
burly slugger homered in consecutive plate appearances, including a clutch
three-run shot in the eighth inning, and the White Sox beat the Cleveland
Indians 5-4 on Monday night to maintain their one-game lead in the AL Central.

50m Rifle ProneCory Niefer (Saskatoon, Sask.)What You Should Know: Niefer is
making his second appearance of London 2012. He finished 46th in the 10-metre
air pistol event on Monday in his Olympic Games debut. The 35-year-old was a
coach for Canada at Beijing 2008.  Two-time bronze medallist Sergei Martynov
enters the competition as the gold-medal favourite. The Winnipeg Goldeyes
combined great pitching with some timely hitting late in the game and ended up
winning a series from the Wichita Wingnuts. On Saturday evening at Shaw Park,
Chris Salamida and Brian Beuning combined to give the Goldeyes a 3-1 victory
over the Wingnuts in the final game of a three-game set. Salamida allowed only
one run on six hits over 6.1 innings while Beuning pitched 2.2 scoreless innings
to give Winnipeg another series win over Wichita. The Goldeyes have played the
Wingnuts twice this season and won both series two-games-to-one. The big blow on
Saturday night was a solo homer by Amos Ramon in the bottom of the sixth. The
Goldeyes trailed 1-0 at the time and couldnt get anything going against Wichita
starter Anthony Capra. But after Ramons homer, the Goldeyes added another run
the sixth and one more in the eighth and with Beuning on the mound – he struck
out five of the nine batters he faced – the game was in the bag. With the
victory, the Goldeyes remained five games behind the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks in
the race for first in the American Associations North Division. Meanwhile, the
Fish moved five games ahead of both Kansas City and St. Paul in the Wild Card
race. “That home run was a difference make in the game,” said Goldeyes manager
Rick Forney. “At that point in the game, we had nothing going offensively. But
hitting is contagious and after the home run, we hit the ball pretty well. Amos
even got a triple later in the gamee. Rahim Moore Jersey. After the home run, we
started to get our bats going.” Wichita opened the scoring in the top of the
sixth when, with two out, Greg Porter doubled and Wilberto Ortiz singled him
home. But that was it for the Wingnuts and the Goldeyes were just getting
started. With one out in the bottom of the sixth, Ramon got a change-up up in
the zone and drilled a monster blast over the leftfield wall. “(Starter Anthony)
Capra was effectively wild for them tonight,” said Ramon. “In the sixth, all I
wanted to do was get a hit and try to get something started, but he threw me a
change-up up and I hit it pretty hard. Its the first home run Ive ever hit in
Shaw Park so I got that off my back.” The Goldeyes added a run in the sixth on
an RBI single from Yurendell de caster that scored Price Kendall and then, in
the eighth, Ramon tripled and scored on a single by Kendall. Ramon went
two-for-three with two runs scored and an RBI and raised his batting average to
.299. Salamida (4-5, 4.27 ERA) got the win for Winnipeg while Beuning picked up
his second save of the week and third of the year. Capra (1-2, 4.89 ERA), who
allowed only two runs on three hits over six complete innings took the hard-luck
loss The Goldeyes will get a rare Sunday off and then on Monday will open a
series in Fargo against the first-place RedHawks. Game time is 7 p.m. at Newman
Outdoor Field and it can be heard live on TSN 1290 with Paul Edmonds calling the
play-by-play. ’ ’ ’
