it would be great to let us know, whenever the people working at buglabs encounter a problem or question, you could involve he community asking for pitching in ideas. 100 people have more ideas than 10. And otherwise users will think about things, that are way into the future of buglabs but won’t help with the actual problems of todays bug :)

that’s a great suggestion, and is a topic we’ve discussed quite a bit recently. We definitely plan to involve the community in a lot of activities like these. We’re actually bringing on another person into the team specifically to help make sure we do exactly this!

Out of curiosity, any topics you’d be particularly interested in discussing?

well, users have very different backgrounds, and ideas about the bug. my personal interest lies mostly in innovation, modularization and abstract ideas/results. but i also want to support a strong community, and a kind of "company 2.0" that involves the user. In germany websites like textbroker.de and criggle.de appeared, where users can contribute with texting, designing, etc., but why take the detour, when todays communication tools allow direct involvement.
