Since Peter was kind of enough to speak at for NYU's ISS club (Information Systems Society) in September, we decided to return the favor by visiting the BugLabs office!
(Starting from closest: Angad, Ajay, Alicia, Kabir, Anirrudha) Alicia first sat us down and debriefed us on the latest goings-on at BugLabs. She also passed around an actual BUG ("ooo.....") which we had the chance to play around with.
Following our short debriefing session, we walked over to the Test Kitchen. Behind Alicia, you can see all the bins of fun tools and gadgets for creating anything and everything robotic.
Here's the workstation with all of our fun tools to create a full electrical circuit. I'm not going to lie, I was a little nervous about revealing my tech-noob-ness.
Fortunately, Alicia was a very patient instructor and showed us how to set up the circuit with the bread board set-by-step. She even went into detail about the cathode and anode. Here is a picture of an almost-finished circuit.
Success! ...And we have light! I think I was way more excited about this than I should've been, but I had initial doubts about my electrical circuit-creating abilities.

All in all, we had an amazing time at BugLabs and learned a lot about the BUG and the test kitchen (learning is fun, what??). Thanks again for letting us stop by! We'll be sure to visit again soon.
